Tai Chi can help a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, joint stiffness and stress and can improve posture, flexibility, strength and concentration. Wear activity appropriate clothing and footwear.
Suitable for complete beginners wanting to learn the first sequences of Tai Chi Chuan. Recommended to commence this course in Term One.
