Yoga Plus combines all the gentle yoga stretching moves with Tai Chi, Qi Gong and other gentle exercises. Finishing with a beautiful relaxation. Modalities for health and wellness. Improving yoga, breathing, strength, balance, flexibility and brain function.
As a therapist, I previously taught Brain Balance exercises for ADD and dyslexia. Many years ago I was seriously injured in a car accident and left hospital in a wheelchair. I had just been married but had to go home to be looked after by my parents. With the help of yoga, other exercises and positive thinking, I gradually recovered.
Today, 43 years later, I am here teaching Yoga Plus. I love teaching and sharing with others what has helped me to enjoy my life. It is a privilege to see senior students gain confidence and transform while having fun through my classes of Yoga Plus.
